Introduction

Some applications are not suitable for centralized shared installation on a compute cluster for one reason or another. However, in many cases they can still be installed individually by the users or hosted on a web hosting platform as a service/server with HiPerGator integration for resource use during computation. We list such applications that we know about here and attempt to document their installation options for your convenience.
