ZUMIS¶

Description¶

zUMIs is a single-cell RNA-Seq pipeline that can handle both known and random barcodes and also efficiently collapse Unique Molecular Identifiers (UMIs), either for just exon mapping reads or for both exon and intron mapping reads.
