traitRate¶
Description¶
traitRate is a program for the detection of trait-dependent shifts in the rate of sequence evolution.
Environment Modules¶
Run module spider traitrate
to find out what environment modules are available for this application.
Environment Variables¶
- HPC_TRAITRATE_DIR - installation directory
- HPC_TRAITRATE_BIN - executable directory
- HPC_TRAITRATE_EXE - examples directory
Additional Usage Information¶
Sample input files are available at http://www.tau.ac.il/~itaymay/cp/traitRate/index.html and in the $HPC_TRAITRATE_EXE
directory.
To run the program, type traitrate params.txt
