TractoPrep packages a set of tools (denoising, topup/eddy, FreeSurfer, anatomical-to-diffusion registration, tractography, and connectome construction) into a single container image. It draws on tools from several open-source packages — MRtrix3, FSL, ANTs, FreeSurfer, and Synb0-DISCO.
