Slamdunk¶
Description¶
SlamDunk is a novel, fully automated software tool for automated, robust, scalable and reproducible SLAMseq data analysis. Diagnostic plotting features and our MultiQC plugin will make your SLAMseq data ready for immediate QA and interpretation.
