PB-Assembly¶

Description¶

pb-assembly is a collection of applications encompassing * FALCON assembly pipeline * FALCON-Unzip to phase the genome and perform phased-polishing with Arrow * FALCON-Phase to extend phasing between unzipped haplotig blocks (requires HiC data)
