NMRPipe

Description

nmrpipe website

NMRPipe is an extensive software system for processing, analyzing, and exploiting NMR spectroscopic data. An NMRPipe installation also provides the applications NMRDraw, NMRWish, TALOS+, SPARTA+, DYNAMO, DC, MFR, ACME, and others. Note: Windows users must install both Xming and Xming-fonts on their client machine to be able to run nmrDraw on gui.hpc.ufl.edu.

Environment Modules

Run module spider nmrpipe to find out what environment modules are available for this application.

Environment Variables

  • HPC_NMRPIPE_DIR - installation directory
  • HPC_NMRPIPE_BIN - executable directory
  • HPC_NMRPIPE_LIB - library directory
