MstatX¶

Description¶

The aim of the MstatX project is to provide an easy-to-use and easy-to-extend application to derive statistics from a multiple alignment file. MstatX only takes a multiple alignment in input with the option flag -i or statistics is in the manual and also in the code.

Run module spider mstatx to find out what environment modules are available for this application.
