MPBoot¶

Description¶

MPBoot is an open-source and efficient program to reconstruct maximum parsimony phylogenetic trees for large DNA and protein sequence alignments. Importantly, MPBoot provides a fast approximation for maximum parsimony bootstrap, inspired by a similar methodology for maximum likelihood
