Usage

Before running ruMOCAT.sh, please copy the MOCAT config from $HPC_MOCAT_CONF/MOCAT.cfg to your working directory and adjust it accordingly.

cp $HPC_MOCAT_CONF/MOCAT.cfg /path/to/your/desired/directory
