Description¶
CWL-defined pipeline for using IDR to produce a set of peaks given two replicate eCLIP peaks

Run module spider merge_peaks to find out what environment modules are available for this application.

- HPC_MERGEPEAKS_DIR - installation directory
- HPC_MERGEPEAKS_BIN - executable directory
Additional Usage Information¶
This module will also automatically load cwltool/1.0.20190906 since it has a dependency on that specific version.
