MCMCtree is a Bayesian MCMC program for estimation of species divergence times using molecular and trait data. This is a fork of MCMCtree with small modifications suitable for large-scale analyses. It was compiled with intel, which is reportedly 2.5x faster than the GCC-compiled version.
