Description

itsx website

ITSx is an open source software utility to extract the highly variable ITS1 and ITS2 subregions from ITS sequences, which is commonly used as a molecular barcode for e.g. fungi.

Environment Modules

Run module spider itsx to find out what environment modules are available for this application.

Environment Variables

  • HPC_ITSX_DIR - installation directory
  • HPC_ITSX_BIN - executable directory
