Description¶
This module enables the use of the FragGeneScan software
FragGeneScan is an application for finding (fragmented) genes in short reads.
Environment Modules¶
Run module spider fraggenescan to find out what environment modules are available for this application.
Environment Variables¶
- HPC_FRAGGENESCAN_DIR - installation directory
- HPC_FRAGGENESCAN_BIN - executable directory
Additional Usage Information¶
Two convenient scripts are provided within the FragGeneScan distribution - run_FragGeneScan.pl and post_process.pl - in addition to the main FragGeneScan binary.
Read the usage documentation for details on how to run the program.
