Description¶
Falco is a program emulation of the popular FastQC software to check large sequencing reads for common problems.
Environment Modules¶
Run module spider falco to find out what environment modules are available for this application.

- HPC_FALCO_DIR - installation directory
- HPC_FALCO_BIN - executable directory
