ezaai¶
Description¶
EzAAI is a suite of workflows for improved AAI calculation performance along with the novel module that provides hierarchical clustering analysis and dendrogram representation. Use the 'ezaai' command to run this application. Run 'ezaai -h' to see the sub-commands.
