ExaBayes¶
Description¶
ExaBayes is a software package for Bayesian tree inference. It is particularly suitable for large-scale analyses on computer clusters.
Environment Modules¶
Run module spider exabayes
to find out what environment modules are available for this application.
Environment Variables¶
- HPC_EXABAYES_DIR - installation directory
- HPC_EXABAYES_BIN - executable directory
