ExaBayes

Description

exabayes website

ExaBayes is a software package for Bayesian tree inference. It is particularly suitable for large-scale analyses on computer clusters.

Environment Modules

Run module spider exabayes to find out what environment modules are available for this application.

Environment Variables

  • HPC_EXABAYES_DIR - installation directory
  • HPC_EXABAYES_BIN - executable directory
  • HPC_EXABAYES_DOC - documentation directory
