ecsfinder¶

Description¶

This module provides the required dependencies for running ECSFinder, except for R, which needs to be loaded first, separately. The ECSFinder repo should still be cloned to run its scripts per the repo instructions.

ECSFinder is a tool designed to scan multiple alignments for conserved RNA structures. It processes a set of MAF files, calculates key statistics, scans with SISSIz, and outputs BED coordinates of high-confidence predictions.
