eagle-rc¶
Description¶
Requires: htslib (http://www.htslib.org/). Set HTSDIR in the make file to the htslib folder and make. Note that we merely call make on htslib, as such, its dependencies and system requirements need to be fulfilled.

Run module spider eagle-rc to find out what environment modules are available for this application.
