DISCVR-seq Toolkit is a diverse collection of tools for working with sequencing data, developed and maintained by the Bimber Lab, built using the GATK4 engine.

Environment Modules

Run module spider discvrseq to find out what environment modules are available for this application.

  • HPC_DISCVRSEQ_DIR - installation directory

Additional Usage Information

Use the following commands to load and use DISCVR-seq

$ module load discvrseq/1.3.10

$ DISCVRseq.jar <program name> [-h]

Citation
