Description¶

DISCVR-seq Toolkit is a diverse collection of tools for working with sequencing data, developed and maintained by the Bimber Lab, built using the GATK4 engine.

Environment Modules¶

Run module spider discvrseq to find out what environment modules are available for this application.

Additional Usage Information¶

Use the following commands to load and use DISCVR-seq

$ module load discvrseq/1.3.10

$ DISCVRseq.jar <program name> [-h]

Citation¶

While DISCVR-seq contains many useful tools that will not be published, a handful of the tools have their own publications. If you publish research that uses discvrseq you have to cite it as follows:
