dbcanlight¶

Description¶

A lightweight rewrite of run_dbcan for better multithreading performance. Unlike the original run_dbcan, where input may contain millions of sequences that need to be split before processing, dbcanlight can process inputs in a batch. Thus, there is no need for manual file splitting. * DBCANLIGHT_DB - reference db directory
