CutRunTools¶

Description¶

This package contains the pipeline for conducting a CUT&RUN analysis. The pipeline comprises of read trimming, alignment steps, motif finding steps, and finally the motif footprinting step.

Run module spider cutruntools to find out what environment modules are available for this application.
