COMEBIN¶

Description¶

COMEBin uses a binning method based on contrastive multi-view representation learning. COMEBin utilizes data augmentation to generate multiple fragments (views) of each contig and obtains high-quality embeddings of heterogeneous features (sequence converage and k-mer distribution) through contrastive learning.
