AFNI is a set of C programs for processing, analyzing, and displaying functional MRI (FMRI) data - a technique for mapping human brain activity. It can be used for for research purposes only. WARNING: afni is sensitive to the contents of the working directory from which it is launched. If it crashes, try launching it from an empty directory.
